These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9zz8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9zz8 website located at https://9zz8.cam, including all associated products, services, games, betting markets and promotional offers made available through the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
9zz8 operates as an online gaming and sports-betting platform. The Platform is not licensed, endorsed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani governmental body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Where context requires it, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Access to the Platform and the right to open an Account are subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:
9zz8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
Registration on the Platform constitutes your representation and warranty that all eligibility conditions set out in this Section are satisfied. If any eligibility condition ceases to be satisfied after registration, you are obligated to notify 9zz8 immediately and to cease all platform activity until eligibility is re-established.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9zz8 will close all duplicate Accounts upon detection and may confiscate any balance held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact email. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9zz8 will treat any activity carried out using valid Account credentials as having been carried out by the registered Account holder. 9zz8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
9zz8 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage: government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of your nominated payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are available within the Platform at the time of deposit. Only funds originating from legitimate, lawful sources that belong to you personally may be deposited. The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
Locally familiar payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be visible within the Platform for user convenience. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change. Reference to these services does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or a guarantee of their availability. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of any payment service complies with that service's own terms and conditions.
Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated within the Platform. Any currency conversion costs arising from your personal banking arrangements are your own responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that no ongoing investigations are active in relation to your Account. 9zz8 processes withdrawal applications promptly; however, final settlement times depend on the chosen payment method and are not exclusively within our control.
9zz8 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 25,000. Withdrawal to a method different from the original deposit method may require additional documentation. We will not unreasonably delay or decline a withdrawal request where all conditions have been met.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. 9zz8 reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount from any available balance, and pursue recovery through any lawful means available.
Bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, odds and stake — before confirmation. 9zz8 is not obligated to accept any bet and may decline or limit wagers at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; delays in network connectivity may affect the odds available to you and 9zz8 cannot guarantee that displayed odds are instantaneous.
9zz8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a clear pricing error, system malfunction, corruption of data, or any other technical fault. Bets may also be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned or determined to not have taken place within a timeframe stipulated by the applicable sport's governing rules.
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ICC tournament matches and domestic Pakistan cricket events — are subject to the individual market rules applicable to each competition. 9zz8 does not claim affiliation with, endorsement from, or official status within any cricket governing body or sports league.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Winnings exceeding published maximums will be reduced to the applicable maximum payout regardless of the stake placed.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available through 9zz8 are subject to these general terms as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: sports betting typically contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and standard slots contribute 100%, unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.
Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically. No extension will be granted unless expressly stated within the promotion terms.
9zz8 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, exploiting mathematical advantages arising from combined bonuses and bets, using automated software to manage bonus wagering, or coordinating with other Users to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and potentially permanent Account closure.
If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not yet been met, 9zz8 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings from your withdrawable balance before processing the request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, Account closure, forfeiture of balance and/or legal action:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 9zz8 name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, game content and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 9zz8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 9zz8.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 9zz8 regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without compensation to you, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9zz8 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.
9zz8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real-Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9zz8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real-Money Funds balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
9zz8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity; a failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or a regulatory requirement to do so. Where termination is initiated by 9zz8 without cause, any verifiable Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to you.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct consequences and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9zz8 holds its operating licence. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
Nothing in this Section prevents 9zz8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where Platform assets, intellectual property or Users' accounts are at risk of irreparable harm.
Users located in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on their participation in online gambling. 9zz8 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm the lawfulness of your participation under Pakistani law. You should seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain.
9zz8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendments were made. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
